Planning your session
Every engagement starts with a short consult call to plan the look, wardrobe and how the images will be used — a LinkedIn profile, the firm website, a proposal, a press release. For office managers and HR leads coordinating a team day, that call also covers scheduling, so each person steps in for a few minutes and gets back to work.

Pricing
Individual sessions are $145 for 30 minutes and include 3 retouched images. Team pricing is per person: $125 each for teams of 9 or fewer, and $95 each for teams of 10 or more. On-location sessions carry a $100 setup fee within 25 miles and a $395 minimum, with the setup fee included. Team packages include 6 months of free headshots for new hires, so a growing team stays consistent. Headshots are free for nonprofits.
